What kind of lease terms are available?
We offer 12-month leases only, running year-round from August to August of each academic year. Residents may choose to sell their contract to new applicants at any time, so let us know if you are looking for a specific semester!
Are the apartments furnished!
Each apartment is furnished with two couches, a Smart TV, and bar stools to sit around the kitchen island. Each bedroom is furnished with a twin bed, a dresser, a desk, and a desk chair.
Do you allow pets?
Carolina Townhomes is a pet-free community.
Who pays for utilities?
The cost of utilities is shared among all roommates in the apartment and is charged based on usage. On average, utilities are $30 per roommate.
What kind of internet is available?
Our base-level of Smartaira internet provides FREE Wi-Fi for our guests and residents throughout the community! If you prefer higher speeds, upgrades are available for an additional cost.
Where do I park?
Covered and uncovered parking is available for residents. Covered parking is provided at a rate of $45/month. Covered spaces are limited, with only 29 permits available per year. Don' wait to reserve your space - permits get reserved quick!

Utah State University and Cache Valley Public Transit both provide multiple stops within 1 block of our location.
